Meet the founders- Ashton Verrengia and Adele Verrengia.
With a passion for pilates and an entrepreneurial drive, Method Active was founded in 2019 by sisters Ashton Verrengia and Adele Verrengia. After opening two Method Pilates studios in Houston, Texas they decided to start Method Active. As the sister’s passion for the fitness community grew, the lightbulb went off and Ashton and Adele combined forces to start Method Active. The Method Mantra is all about creating inclusivity for all body types. Their ongoing vision of creating community focused fitness that empowers people to be the best version of themselves is the ethos of Method Active.
